1 Month Rent-To-Own Agreement

The initial rent term is 1 month, and which each payment the agreement is automatically renewed. The building is rent to own but not a contract, so if you need to return the building for any reason you can.

What is Protection+?

This is a coverage plan to protect your building from damage or destruction. In addition, many other benefits are included.

Do you offer site preparation and delivery?

At an additional cost, we provide site preparation to get your property ready to erect a portable building. We also offer transport services to pick up the garage or barn and move it to your desired location. Free delivery to your prepared and accessible site is available within a 40-mile radius.
